Interventional cardiologist welcomes new patients in La Porte, Knox

Interventional cardiologist Rishi Sukhija, MD, is accepting new patients at his offices in La Porte and Knox.

Sukhija provides prevention, treatment and management of acute and chronic heart and vascular disease. He specializes in cardiac catheterization procedures, the treatment of structural heart disease and peripheral artery disease as well as endovascular surgery.

Sukhija is board certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences, India. He completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology at New York Medical College, New York and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas. Sukhija also wrote several articles that were published in medical journals and presented at several international and national meetings.

Sukjhija is a member of La Porte Regional Physician Network (LRPN) — a network of physicians providing services in office locations throughout La Porte, Starke, St. Joseph and Porter counties.
