La Porte pediatric care office welcomes new physician

Pediatrician Harini Kolluri, MD, accepts new patients at Playtime Pediatrics Physician Office, located at Founders’ Square, 1509 State St. in La Porte.

Kolluri joins the practice with Usama Moustafa, MD, and Jeff Kuo, MD. She received her medical degree from Andhra Medical College, India, and completed her residency at John H. Stroger Jr., Hospital of Cook County, Illinois.
