Family care physician welcomes new patients in La Porte

Priyanka Kakar, MD, welcomes new patients to her La Porte office.

She provides family care for people of all ages for the treatment and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. She can also assist with coordinating specialty care to meet a patient’s comprehensive needs.

Kakar received her medical degree from the Government Medical College Miraj, India and completed her residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She also has extensive clinical research experience.

Kakar is a member of La Porte Regional Physician Network (LRPN) — a network of physicians providing services in office locations throughout La Porte, Starke, St. Joseph, Marshall and Porter counties. LRPN specialties include cardiology, family care, internal medicine, women’s care, neurosurgery, orthopaedics and pediatrics.
